Peta Shepherd had a bad crash on a whiplash. She took it hard & ended up having to go to hospital. She will need dental work in the weeks ahead.
Get well soon Peta and bmx games wont be the same without you.

SO pretty much.. I got bitten by (we assume) a white tail spider on my thigh..ended up in hospital for 2 days with antibiotic and fluid drips whilst the bit went from a pinpoint to the size of an m&m .. Im getting better slowly but Im very prone to getting the bite infected which means I have to try not to sweat.. we all know what happens when you ride.. plus its right where my knee pads sit.. gah.. just aiming to be ok for bmx games :)

Ladies .... I'm sorry for the lack of updates I currently don't have my own computer, but I am working on it..

This year I want more comments and messages to each other..that was the aim in starting the girls bmx spot myspace was so everyone could become a big group.

For the girls of Australia, dont forget bmx games in coming up end of February in Canberra. Hope to have a bigger and better turn out..
